The company formed in 2007 from a merger between Dodson Steel Products (DSP) and Global Fittings and Flanges, Inc. (GFF). DSP had a nearly 40 year history of providing carbon steel products to the American market. GFF specialized in import products and was a subsidiary of KMN Holdings (Mendelson Group) Ltd which had been operating since 1947.
