Started at Keystone Plumbing Supply in Springfield, MA.

What's your favorite part about working in the PVF industry?

The friendships I have developed over the years with customers

What kind of passions do you pursue outside of work?

Golf, beach vacations

What was your most favorite/least favorite trip and why?

50th birthday at a Secrets Mexican all inclusive adults only resort The entire staff was wonderful, great people.

Anything else that you'd like to share?

Never thought I would turn this job into a career 34 years ago
